Return Policy: Reservations are non-refundable. Sessions are held if there is light precipitation, but may be cancelled and/or rescheduled in the event of more severe weather. Please check your email on the day of the session regarding cancellations if inclement weather is in the forecast. In the event of weather-related cancellations, you will receive a full refund.

General Terms & Conditions: Ecotherapy services differ from traditional mental health services in that they are focused on general psychological wellness. Therefore, unless otherwise specified individual counseling is not provided. No ongoing therapeutic relationship with Radha Gholkar PhD is implied or established from participation in ecotherapy services. Furthermore, you understand that if you are in acute psychological distress or have a medical issue, you should seek immediate attention at the nearest emergency department, or by calling 911 or 988.

All services take place outdoors unless otherwise specified. Outdoor activity may involve hazards, including but not limited to terrain, insects, and weather. Other hazards may include risks involving other people or animals, or loss, damage, or theft of personal items. You agree not to hold Radha Gholkar PhD responsible for any injury, loss, or damage occurring from participation. If you have any medical conditions which would make it difficult for you to participate, you agree to speak with your medical providers prior to registering.

Participants are responsible for their personal safety by dressing appropriately, bringing water and medications, and using protection against the elements and insects. You understand that if you engage in unsafe or disruptive behaviors or if there are general safety concerns affecting the service, that the service may be truncated, cancelled, or rescheduled.

Privacy Notice: Your personal information is protected by federal law. Your name and all other personal information will be kept private and not shared with any other entity. Radha Gholkar PhD will abide by all federal and local laws governing the confidentiality of your participation and will never share your personal information with anyone. However, by taking part in a group ecotherapy session, you understand that your identity cannot be concealed from other participants and that any information you volunteer to share in the session is no longer considered protected.
