All ecotherapy services take place outdoors in public parks and trails in central Maryland. To arrange a private event, please use the Contact Form.

Participants can expect gentle walking and guided reflection designed to promote relaxation rather than athletic activity. Distances are usually half a mile or less over flat terrain. If you have any mobility limitations, please get in touch to discuss how I can best accommodate you.

Any participant 18 years old and up is welcome! I welcome participants from all walks of life and honor human diversity in all its forms.

Please, no children or pets during sessions unless otherwise specified.

Yes, currently I am offering only group sessions, which are typically small (<10 participants). However, feel free to contact me to discuss opportunities for individual or large group sessions!

All participants must be pre-registered; walks in are not permitted.
I do not accept or bill insurance, however, I intentionally keep sessions fees as low as possible in order to make services more accessible. If you would like to try a session with me but don’t have the resources, please get in touch.
Once you register and pay the session fee, you will receive an email containing acknowledgement of your registration, receipt, and specific instructions for the session, including the exact meeting location. So please make sure to provide your current email address when booking!

Reservations are non-refundable, but please let me know if you would like to reschedule your session and I will do my best to accommodate you.
Sessions are held if there is light rain or drizzle, but may be cancelled and rescheduled in the event of heavier precipitation or severe weather. Please look for an email from me on the day of session if the weather is looking uncertain.

While you don’t need any special gear, comfortable clothing and sturdy shoes are recommended. Depending on the weather, you may also want to bring a hat, an extra layer, and a bottle of water. Consider applying sunscreen and/or bug repellant prior to the session, if needed.
I invite you to leave your tech gadgets behind during the session! If you decide to bring a phone, please silence it during the session to preserve the peaceful environment for all.
